The enacted bill authorizes changes to the City Plan that remove a roughly 420-foot segment of Fifty-First Street southeast of Woodland Avenue and reserve part of that area for public utility use. It allows the City to accept the utility right-of-way and requires the affected property owner or other responsible party to provide legal protections, pay related costs, and handle required adjustments or removal of utility and street infrastructure.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 246 by striking from the City Plan Fifty-First Street from Woodland Avenue to its terminus southeastwardly therefrom and reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for public utility purposes within a portion of said Fifty-First Street being stricken and authorizing acceptance of the grant to the City of the said right-of-way, under certain terms and conditions.
