This enacted ordinance adds the sidewalk and curb lane on the north side of Baltimore Avenue between 58th and 59th Streets to the locations where farmers’ markets are permitted. It took effect immediately and affects farmers’ market organizers and people using that part of the street.

Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding a permissible location on Baltimore avenue, between 58th street and 59th street, all under certain terms and conditions.
