This enacted ordinance authorizes the City’s Board of Surveyors to remove from City Plan No. 130 and vacate a 3,045-square-foot area at 5217–19 Haverford Avenue, where Haverford Avenue meets Wilton Street, for municipal purposes. The change is subject to property-owner agreements protecting the City from claims, required indemnification, and payment of $200 toward costs within 120 days; the required agreements must be filed within two years.

Authorizing the striking from City Plan No. 130 and vacating of an area for municipal purposes located at the intersection of the northeasterly side of Haverford Avenue and the westerly side of Wilton Street, under certain terms and conditions.
