This enacted ordinance authorizes the Department to set and revise restrictions on stopping, standing, and parking along specified sections of Washington Avenue: the north side from Delaware Avenue to 11th Street and the south side from Delaware Avenue to Broad Street. The regulations must use traffic data collected one and two years after the project is completed, and the ordinance took effect immediately.

Amending Section 12-903 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Stopping, Standing, or Parking Prohibited at Certain Times," to provide for regulation of such activity along Washington Avenue in the City of Philadelphia, all under certain terms and conditions.
