This enacted ordinance authorizes changes to Watts Street between Pine Street and a point north of it, widening the street’s travel area and creating a designated public pedestrian-use area along the west side. It also authorizes the City to accept that area, subject to agreements, property-owner support, utility adjustments, financial guarantees, and requirements to maintain pedestrian access and paving.

Authorizing the relocation of the curblines of Watts Street, from Pine Street to a point northwardly therefrom, on City Plan No. 308, and the plotting on said City Plan of an area for public pedestrian use extending along the westerly side of said Pine Street and authorizing acceptance of the grant to the City of the said area for public pedestrian use, all under certain terms and conditions.
