This enacted bill adds the intersection of Kelly Drive and Eakins Oval to the locations where approved automated red-light enforcement systems may be used. The systems enforce red-light violations, subject to the required designation by the system administrator and Pennsylvania’s transportation secretary.

Amending Chapter 12-3000 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Use Of An Automated Red Light Enforcement System To Prevent Red Light Violations," by authorizing the installation of red light enforcement systems at the intersection of Kelly Drive and Eakins Oval, all under certain terms and conditions.
