The enacted ordinance revised Philadelphia’s evening curfew for minors in public places or establishments: 10 p.m. for minors age 16 and older, 10 p.m. for ages 14–15, and 9:30 p.m. for children age 13 and under, with exceptions including parental accompaniment, authorized errands, lawful employment, or active military duty. The ordinance stated that these changes would lapse on September 29, 2022.
Amending Chapter 10-300, entitled "Minors," to revise the evening curfew hours, all under certain terms and conditions.
