The enacted bill revises Philadelphia’s evening curfew for minors: those age 14 and older must be off public streets and out of establishments by 10:00 p.m., while those age 13 and younger must be in by 9:30 p.m., until 6:00 a.m. the next day. It lists exceptions, including being with a parent or guardian, working, traveling, responding to an emergency, attending certain supervised activities, or exercising First Amendment rights; homeless minors face no penalty for a violation. The Police Department and Department of Human Services must provide quarterly reports to City Council about curfew violations and services provided.

Amending Chapter 10-300, entitled "Minors," to revise the evening curfew hours, all under certain terms and conditions.
