The enacted ordinance authorizes the City to remove and abandon a reserved right-of-way for water and gas mains in part of former Geary Street, between Seventeenth and Eighteenth Streets north of Hartranft Street. The property owners or other parties involved must meet conditions including releasing and indemnifying the City from claims, arranging any needed utility changes, and paying $200 toward the ordinance’s costs.

Authorizing the striking from City Plan No. 45-S and abandonment of a certain right-of-way reserved for water main and gas main purposes extending from Seventeenth Street to Eighteenth Street, north of Hartranft Street, under certain terms and conditions.
