The enacted ordinance authorizes changes to the City Plan that vacate Naudain Street from Fifteenth Street to its eastern terminus and abandon a nearby right-of-way reserved for drainage, water main, and gas main purposes. The affected property owner or other party in interest must meet conditions, including agreements protecting the City from claims, arranging and paying for needed changes to City and utility facilities, and providing financial security for the work.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 308 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Naudain Street from Fifteenth Street to its terminus eastwardly therefrom and striking from the City Plan and abandoning a right-of-way for drainage, water main, and gas main purposes which extends eastwardly from the said terminus of Naudain Street, under certain terms and conditions.
