The enacted ordinance changes Philadelphia’s official zoning designations for certain areas of land bounded by Cottman Avenue, the Montgomery County Line, the Bucks County Line, Interstate 95, Grant Avenue, and Roosevelt Boulevard. It replaces the existing designations shown on Maps A1–A23 with the designations shown on Maps B1–B23, and took effect immediately.
To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Cottman Avenue, the Montgomery County Line, the Bucks County Line, Interstate 95, Grant Avenue, and Roosevelt Boulevard.
