The enacted bill authorizes the owner of 3542 Calumet Street, currently Peter DeStefano and Katerina Minakakas or a later owner, to install, own, and maintain two planters along the Calumet Street sidewalk. The planters may extend into the public footway, but at least six feet of clear sidewalk space must remain, and the owner must obtain required approvals, maintain the planters, and meet the bill’s insurance, removal, and other conditions.

Authorizing the owner of 3542 Calumet Street, Philadelphia, PA 19129, to install, own, and maintain various encroachments at such property, under certain terms and conditions.
