This enacted bill establishes time-limited parking regulations on sections of N. 2nd, Palethorp, Mascher, Eyre, Palmer, Hancock, and Lawrence streets. Depending on the location, parking is limited to one or two hours during specified daily time periods, with exceptions for residents covered by Residential Parking Permit areas 10 and 25.
