The enacted ordinance authorized $274.9 million in Fiscal Year 2023 transfers among the City’s General, Water, Grants Revenue, and Aviation funds, moving appropriations between City departments and offices. The legislation also records an Administration commitment to use some of the transfers for museums, cultural organizations, parks and recreation facilities, community groups, social-service organizations, and other listed programs.
