This enacted ordinance authorizes 435 North Broad Associates, LLC, the owner of 435 North Broad Street, to install, own, and maintain planters and fences that extend into the north sidewalk area of Noble Street near the property. At least six feet of clear sidewalk space must remain, and the owner must obtain required permits, maintain the structures, meet insurance and other conditions, and remove them at its own expense if the City provides 180 days’ notice for a municipal construction project.
