This enacted ordinance authorizes Comcast Corporation and Liberty Property Trust to install, own, replace, and maintain bollards along the sidewalks near 1700–1720 Arch Street, including portions of John F. Kennedy Boulevard, North 17th Street, and North Arch Street. The owners must obtain required permits, maintain the bollards, keep at least six feet of clear sidewalk space, carry required insurance or provide equivalent coverage, and remove the bollards at their expense if the City gives 180 days’ notice for a municipal construction project.

Authorizing the installation, ownership, replacement, and maintenance of various encroachments in the vicinity of 1700-1720 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103, under certain terms and conditions.
