This enacted ordinance amends the Strawberry Mansion Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District zoning rules. It sets design requirements for residentially zoned properties, including breaking up building fronts wider than 20 feet, limiting when and how bay windows may be used, and setting the height of front-door thresholds based on nearby buildings.
Amending Section 14-504(11) of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "/NCO Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District (11) Strawberry Mansion," all under certain terms and conditions.
