This enacted ordinance authorizes the owner or designee of 4001 Cresson Street, doing business as The Rook Manayunk, to install and operate an open-air sidewalk café with tables and seats along Cresson Street, while keeping at least six feet of clear sidewalk space. The café must follow City requirements, obtain permits and approvals, meet specified operating-hour and seating limits, and be removed or relocated if required for public projects, sidewalk needs, or violations.

Authorizing encroachments in the nature of a sidewalk café in the vicinity of 4001 Cresson Street, under certain terms and conditions.
