The enacted ordinance authorizes Brewerytown Investments LLC, or its designee, to install and maintain a sidewalk café for Otto’s Taproom & Grille at 1216 N. 29th Street. The café may have one table and two seats, must leave at least six feet of clear sidewalk, follow specified hours and city requirements, and may have to be removed or relocated under certain conditions.
Authorizing encroachments in the nature of a sidewalk café in the vicinity of 1216 N. 29th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19121, under certain terms and conditions.
