This enacted ordinance authorizes the City’s Board of Surveyors to remove from the City Plan and vacate the legally open portion of Lex Street from Thompson Street to its southern terminus, about 104 feet away. The property owner or other interested party must meet conditions including agreements protecting the City from damage claims, payment of hearing advertising costs, and payment of $200 toward ordinance costs for it to become effective.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 266 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally open portion of Lex Street from Thompson Street to its terminus southwardly therefrom, under certain terms and conditions.
