This enacted ordinance authorizes the owner of El Chingon at 1524 S. 10th Street to install and maintain a sidewalk café with four tables and 12 seats along South 10th Street and Cross Street. The café must leave at least six feet of clear sidewalk space and follow city permit, operating-hour, insurance, maintenance, and removal requirements.
