This enacted bill changed Philadelphia’s zoning maps for certain land within the area bounded by Johnson Street, Germantown Avenue, Rittenhouse Street, and Wissahickon Avenue. It changed the properties’ zoning designations from those shown on Maps A1–A7 to the designations shown on Maps B1–B7.
