This enacted ordinance authorizes the owner or designee of 4629-4631 Baltimore Avenue, doing business as Loco Pez, to install and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 4631 Baltimore Avenue. The café may have up to eight tables and 24 seats along Baltimore Avenue and South 47th Street, with specified operating hours, required permits and insurance, and at least six feet of passable sidewalk space; the City may require its removal in certain circumstances.

Authorizing encroachments in the nature of a sidewalk café in the vicinity of 4629-4631 Baltimore Avenue, all under certain terms and conditions.
