This enacted ordinance authorizes the owner of Carbon Copy at 701 S. 50th Street to install and maintain a sidewalk café with up to 11 tables and 40 seats along Willows Avenue and South 50th Street. The café must leave required clear sidewalk space, follow City rules and permits, operate only during specified hours, and meet insurance, maintenance, and removal requirements.
