This enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s rules for automated red-light enforcement to allow an approved enforcement system at the intersection of Kelly Drive and Falls Bridge. Use there is subject to the required designation by agreement between the system administrator and Pennsylvania’s Secretary of Transportation.

Amending Chapter 12-3000 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Use Of An Automated Red Light Enforcement System To Prevent Red Light Violations," by authorizing the installation of red light enforcement systems at the intersection of Kelly Drive & Falls Bridge, all under certain terms and conditions.
