The enacted ordinance adds a Philadelphia rule prohibiting anyone from entering a retail establishment after the business owner has barred them from entering. It sets a $1,000 fine for trespassing and took effect immediately.

Amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Regulation of Businesses Trades and Professions," to add a new Chapter creating penalties for trespassing in retail establishments, all under certain terms and conditions.
