This enacted ordinance revises Philadelphia’s zoning rules for the Fourth District Overlay District. It changes parking requirements in the Fourth District Area and prohibits roof decks and roof deck access structures in the area bounded by 33rd Street, York Street, Ridge Avenue, and Lehigh Avenue.
Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by revising certain provisions of Section 14-524, entitled "/FDO, Fourth District Overlay District," all under certain terms and conditions.
