This enacted ordinance authorizes the Department of Streets’ Board of Surveyors to revise the official lines and grades for Alter Street between Fifteenth and Sixteenth Streets. The change is intended to bring the City Plan into closer agreement with existing conditions in that area.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 15-S by placing on the City Plan Alter Street from Fifteenth Street to Sixteenth Street in order to conform more closely with existing conditions.
