The enacted ordinance changes Philadelphia’s definition of an “affordable housing property” in the Housing Code. It adds properties developed with funding from, and still subject to the requirements of, the federal New Markets Tax Credit Program to the types of properties covered by that definition.

Amending Section 7-202 of Title 7 ("Housing Code") of The Philadelphia Code to modify the definition of "affordable housing property," under certain terms and conditions.
