This enacted ordinance authorizes the owner of Fitz on 4th at 743 S. 4th Street to install and maintain a sidewalk café with four tables, eight seats, and two benches along South 4th Street and Fitzwater Street. The café must leave at least six feet of clear sidewalk space, follow City permits and rules, operate only during specified hours, and comply with limits on seating and nuisance behavior.
