The enacted ordinance authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to enter into a sublease with the Philadelphia Municipal Authority for the City to use about 9,736 square feet at 1628-40 John F. Kennedy Boulevard for storage. The sublease would run through December 31, 2029, with the City paying rent, utilities, and its share of operating expenses.
