The enacted bill authorizes Philadelphia’s Commissioner of Public Property to lease about 2,700 square feet at 1500 John F. Kennedy Boulevard from Crown Two Penn Center Associates, LP, for City storage. The lease is scheduled to run through December 31, 2029, with rent beginning at approximately $48,112.38 for the first year and increasing by about 2% annually.

Kennedy Boulevard, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, under certain terms and conditions.
