The enacted bill authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to enter into a sublease with the Philadelphia Municipal Authority so the City can use all or part of 1221-23 Bainbridge Street. The approximately 16,800-square-foot space is designated for use as a shelter and related purposes, under a 15-year sublease with rent, utility, and operating-cost obligations for the City.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into a sublease with the Philadelphia Municipal Authority, for use by the City, of all or a portion of the premises located at 1221-23 Bainbridge Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, under certain terms and conditions.
