This enacted ordinance authorizes the owner of 200 S. Broad Street, also known as The Bellevue, to install and maintain two columns, a building access ramp, and two planters connected with projecting canopies along the South Broad Street sidewalk. The owner must obtain required permits and approvals, meet the ordinance’s insurance and bonding requirements, and remove the structures within 60 days if the City lawfully requires it; at least about 11 feet 8 inches to 12 feet of passable sidewalk space must remain.

Authorizing encroachments in the nature of projecting canopies in the vicinity of 200 S. Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19102, under certain terms and conditions.
