The enacted bill authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to enter into a sublease with the Philadelphia Municipal Authority for the City to use all or part of the property at 2844 Frankford Avenue. The space includes about 27,000 square feet of warehouse and office space and a 14,000-square-foot parking lot, which may be used for Philadelphia Fire Department offices and vehicle storage or other lawful city purposes, under a 10-year lease with renewal options.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into a sublease with the Philadelphia Municipal Authority, for use by the City, of all or a portion of the premises located at 2844 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, under certain terms and conditions.
