This enacted ordinance authorizes the owner of Poke Burri University City at 3231 Powelton Ave. to install and operate a sidewalk café with four tables and ten seats. The café may extend about nine feet into the north sidewalk, while at least nine feet of clear sidewalk must remain; the owner must obtain required permits, follow City rules, observe specified operating hours, and remove the café within 30 days if properly ordered by the City.
