The enacted ordinance authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to amend the City’s sublease with the Philadelphia Municipal Authority to add 26,585 square feet of office space at 1327-29 Chestnut Street. The added space would be available through December 31, 2032, with the City responsible for its share of operating expenses and subject to the stated rent, improvement allowance, and rent-abatement terms.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into an amendment to a sublease with the Philadelphia Municipal Authority, for use by the City, of an additional portion of the premises located at 1327-29 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, under certain terms and conditions.
