This enacted ordinance authorizes the owners of 1446 S. 8th St. to install, own, and maintain a staircase that would extend about three feet into the north sidewalk area of Dickinson Street, while leaving at least six feet of clear walkway. The owners must obtain required permits, enter into an agreement with the City, maintain insurance or equivalent coverage, and remove the staircase if required for City construction or after notice under the agreement.
