The enacted bill establishes time-limited parking on parts of Gross Street, Dewey Street, Arch Street, North 61st Street, and North 57th Street. Depending on the block, parking is limited to two or three hours during specified weekday or daily hours, with exceptions for residents covered by Residential Parking Permit areas 2 and 3.
