This enacted law requires the Office of the Managing Director to send City Council quarterly, anonymized reports about opioid-antidote treatments provided by Fire Department, Emergency Medical Services, and Office of Homeless Services employees. The reports must include treatment totals, repeat recipients, timing between treatments, and nearby locations, covering the reporting period from May 1, 2024, through June 2026.

Adding a new Chapter 6-1600 to The Philadelphia Code, entitled "City Reports on Opioid Antidote Use," to require certain reports from the Office of the Managing Director to Council concerning the City's use of opioid antidote, all under certain terms and conditions.
