This enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s zoning code to set requirements for registering a Registered Community Organization (RCO). In the 8th Council District, RCO membership must be open to people connected to the organization’s area, and its leaders must be full-time permanent residents whose primary address is within the RCO’s boundaries.

Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," all under certain terms and conditions.
