This enacted ordinance authorizes Norris Street Holdings, LLC, doing business as Loco Pez, to install and operate a sidewalk café near 2401 E. Norris Street with eight tables and 32 seats, while leaving at least five feet of clear sidewalk space. The café must follow City requirements, obtain required permits and approvals, operate only during specified hours, and be removed or relocated within 30 days if the City gives lawful notice for specified reasons.

Authorizing encroachments in the nature of a sidewalk café in the vicinity of 2401 E. Norris Street, all under certain terms and conditions.
