This enacted ordinance authorizes Norris Street Holdings, LLC to install, own, and maintain a streetery in the parking lane of the right-of-way next to 2401 E. Norris Street. The streetery may include two structures, six tables, and 20 seats, but the owner must obtain required permits, approvals, and a Streetery License and follow City rules; the authorization can expire under specified conditions.
