This enacted bill establishes two-hour parking limits on both sides of N. 20th Street between Fairmount Avenue and Brown Street, and on both sides of Tioga Street between Old York Road and N. 11th Street. The limits apply Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on those streets, and on both sides of Westmoreland Street between N. 13th Street and Germantown Avenue from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. every day; resident permit parking areas are excepted as specified.
