This enacted ordinance changes the Philadelphia Zoning Maps for certain land within the area bounded by Sedgwick Street, Ardleigh Street, Upsal Street, Belfield Avenue, and Sprague Street. It replaces the existing zoning designations with the designations shown on the ordinance’s referenced maps and took effect immediately.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Sedgwick Street, Ardleigh Street, Upsal Street, Belfield Avenue, and Sprague Street.
