This enacted bill establishes two-hour parking limits on specified sections of S. 12th, Emily, Winton, Mercy, Sigel, S. 4th, McKean, and S. 3rd Streets. The limits apply during different posted hours and days, and some areas have exceptions for Residential Parking Permit zones 24 and 34.
