This enacted bill establishes time-limited parking regulations on specified sections of Norris, Ritter, York, Hagert, Wishart, Delancey, Front, and Spruce Streets. Depending on the street and time, parking is limited to two hours or one hour, with exceptions for residents covered by specified Residential Parking Permit areas.
