The enacted ordinance authorizes AKR Properties, LLC, doing business as The Sidecar Bar and Grille at 2201 Christian Street, to install and maintain a sidewalk café with seven tables and up to 20 seats along South 22nd and Christian Streets. The café must meet City permit, insurance, maintenance, operating-hour, and public sidewalk access requirements, and may have to be removed or relocated under specified conditions.

Authorizing encroachments in the nature of a sidewalk café in the vicinity of 2201 Christian Street, Philadelphia, PA 19146 (“Property”), under certain terms and conditions.
