This enacted ordinance authorizes the Center City District to install, own, and maintain gateway signs, planters, a pedestal, and overhead lighting along the 700 block of Sansom Street and nearby sections of South 7th and South 8th Streets. The Center City District must obtain required permits, maintain the installations, provide insurance or equivalent coverage, pay related costs, and remove them at its own expense if the City gives notice for a municipal construction project.
