This enacted ordinance authorizes the owners of the Colombian restaurant On Charcoal at 6516 Castor Avenue to install and maintain a sidewalk café with two tables and eight seats along Castor Avenue. At least 10 feet of clear sidewalk must remain, and the owners must obtain required permits, enter into an agreement with the City, and follow conditions including insurance, maintenance, and removal if required by the City.
